Italian pasta dishes are everyday food
Italian pasta dishes are everyday food, but they are not simple pasta. During cooking, spices and grated cheese are used, making the spaghetti turn into stunningly delicious food.
Spaghetti – 370 g.
Bacon – 125 g.
A few tablespoons of oil (olive).
Pelati tomatoes – 0.8 kg.
Grated Parmesan – 35 g.
Cereal chili pepper – half a teaspoon.
Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Cut the bacon into strips and fry it until golden brown. Add chili and black pepper, mix the ingredients. Next, finely chop the garlic and onions, add them to the bacon, fry and do not forget to stir. The onion should become transparent and soft.
Then put tomatoes in a pan and knead them with a spatula. Cook the dish over low heat until the sauce thickens. Meanwhile, we will boil the spaghetti: put the water and throw the pasta into it as soon as it boils. Combine the prepared pasta with the sauce and mix well. Pour half a cup of water and continue cooking. If you think the sauce is too thick, you can add some more water.
Pasta is sprinkled with cheese on top and only after that is served on the table. Many Italian dishes are prepared using parmesan or other hard cheeses. Pasta, which is simply impossible to imagine without parmesan, is no exception.

Now proceed to the preparation of tomato sauce. For this we need pelati tomatoes. They must be crushed with a blender. In the sauce you need to add olive oil, pepper, salt and chopped basil leaves.
Roll out the dough into a layer and put it on the bottom of the mold, greased with olive oil. Procurement must be left for some time. After that, turn on the oven and put the mold in it to dry the dough a little.
Meanwhile, you can begin to prepare the filling. Cut the mozzarella into cubes, but rub the parmesan. We distribute the tomato sauce over the dried cake, spread the mozzarella, and sprinkle the parmesan on top. We put the basil leaves and sprinkle everything with oil (olive).
